Michael Hocking
Managing Director
Michael Hocking is the driving force behind Landon Group and is recognised for setting exceptionally high standards across commercial cleaning, gardening and maintenance. With a career spanning senior roles in major organisations such as Woolworths and Esquire Group, and a deep understanding of commercial property and asset management, he brings a rare combination of operational discipline, strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
His development of a high-performing, fast-growing team and senior leadership group reflects the standards Landon Group is known for. He openly offers an MD guarantee and personally backs the delivery of every service on every site because of his confidence in the systems, people and standards across Landon Group.

Rohan Adhikari
Operations Manager
This is a great Australian story.
Rohan joined Landon Group 9 years ago, shortly after arriving in Australia from Nepal. From those early days, he showed a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to doing things well. He has since progressed through the ranks from team leader on one of our sites to one of the most senior people in our organisation.
Team Leader → Operations Site Supervisor → Junior Area Manager → Area Manager → Operations Manager → Senior Operations Manager / Training & Development, all within 9 years.
He is now responsible for helping bring through the next generation at Landon Group and is often managing in excess of 100 people on various sites around the country at any one time.

Steve Burns

A bit of humour never gets in the way of quality.
Steve is driven by a commitment to exceptional service and brings more than four decades of operations and retail management experience to facilities management at Landon Group. Described as approachable, a problem-solver and a very easy guy to deal with.
He has been one of the standout additions to the Landon Group team in recent years.
Steve is living proof that humour and kindness can go hand in hand with professionalism and fast-paced, high-quality delivery.
